I had no WiFi for 2 days, someone came out next working day and said they fixed it and left, but it wasn’t fixed. Rang them and they said It would be fixed 3 days later…it wasn’t. Rang again and hey booked an engineer to come out on Tuesday because they said the fault must be in my house…..no one turned up but the WiFi started working. In total I was without WiFi for 12 days. Am I due compensation l?
