Pre-Ordering The iPhone 14 Pro Max

I am currently on a sim only plan, I want to upgrade to the iPhone 14 Pro Max, and get an additional line with the same phone. I want to upgrade to £30.00 upfront, £81.00 a month, 125gb of data. And get an additional line, with the same phone, which is £50.00 upfront, £77.00 a month, 25gb of data.

When will I get charged the £30.00 and £50.00?

I currently have 160gb of data, whether that changes to 125gb or not doesn't matter, but I don't want to be charged the higher amount of £81.00 a month, before the phone actually arrives, which could be over a month away.

Also, I don't want to pay £77.00 for an additional line, and then wait over a month to be able to use the new phone.

Sorry, I've tried to explain this as best as I can. Please could someone tell me how this process works? Thanks.

@Jack278  You new tariff shouldn’t start until you get the device,  the sim only  being a sim only will be posted to you straight the way and will be billable.
