Hi
I bought a sim 4gee wifi , the signal is poor in our area and there is no internet.
I call ee on the phone to cancel the contract the customer service told me that my contract is cancelled and I don’t need to oay any pence because I was in the cooling off period
they didn’t cancel the contract and take money from my account. Today I called the customer service and they told me that they don’t have any record of calls that I have asked for cancellation. They also told me to go er store when I get to ee they said I have to call to ee . This is ee and this is my todays experience.
I have four contacts with ee and I will cancel all those . I am very disappointed with today call with ee
