EE do not want plusnet customers as they refuse to act on the following

Phone to cm service failed 

Complaint procedure failed

25 attempts 30 codes sent ALL.FAILED

I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT MY CALLS ARD WHAT MY DATA USE IS HOW MUCH I AM BRING CHARGED.

I'm sorry to hear of your experience so far. What are the codes that you have been sent? Are they PAC codes from Plusnet?
