Hello, got my bill today and my main plan got charged twice!! In the attached photo there is a second charge one for 70 odd pound and one for 7 pound!!! I have no idea why I am getting charged twice for one plan!!! It’s taking the mick!! I changed my phone number and I got promised that it won’t be charged to my bill because I provided details on why I want to change my number, I went on the chat to say if I will be charged but apparently I have been lied too!! This company is filled with lies!!

Are both charges listed under the same billing period and phone number, @Mikeyevans_2003, or does one charge cover the time during the billing period that your old number was active and one the period after your number change?

Forum tip - you have a short time after posting to edit posts, avoiding the need for multiple short replies. No-one on this forum has access to your individual account, so you can do one of the following..
1: Post up a suitably-redacted copy of your bill, with personal details obscured, and we can advise accordingly.
2: Contact EE CS on 150, they have access to your account and can advise.
