Phone contract

How do I get in contact with a guide who rang me with a mobile offer. I have the phone number she contacted me on but it doesn't go through. If I ring 150 they can't give me the offer it needs to be from the disconnection team?

Maybe it's a scam. Not advisable to buy from unsolicited callers.

@Leediva  Have you requested a PAC code ?  Only if you have requested this will the retention team call you as this is a request to move your number to a different network as your contact is up/almost up.
Any other calls stating they can offer you a better deal or discount should be treated as a scam as EE will not call you otherwise.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
