My bills supposed to be £57 a month and for the last 7/8 months I’ve been charged between £75-£85 can’t understand why it’s so high, I’ve never overspent on my data and I don’t have any add on either

Hi @Shannon128

Welcome to the community.

Have you been able to download and view your bill? Do any extra charges show on there?

I know I’m paying an extra 12.49 for the cover but just the plan on its own is £70 when it should only be £57 there’s no other extras I have

Thanks for getting back to us @Shannon128

If your bill breakdown does not show any extra charges, I'd recommend giving us a call on 150.

Hi Shannon128 EE are notorious for adding 'hidden' charges to your account - I would suggest that you call EE and speak with someone in billing section and ask them to explain why your charges are so high, then you will at least have an idea on the price hike!
However, if your bill is supposed to be £57 per month and for the last 7 - 8 months it has been in excess of an extra £18 - £28 per month ( which comes to a hefty £144 - £224 in that time period) why on earth have you left this discrepancy for so long!
Please get on to EE and try and get them to sort it out. It really wont be sorted out here, and I am almost certain it wont be sorted out when you speak to  customer services either, but best to tell them before this continues, as you are losing a lot of money, and surely it would be better for this to being your pocket rather than in profit for EE
