Paid phone bill over the phone but still not working, only letting me send text via Wi-Fi. Log onto my EE account and it says “suspended” and that phone bills need to be paid, despite me already doing this. Paid an additional monies when logging on and seeing the suspension message. Paid twice through two different routes and phone and mobile data still not restored.

Hi @KatieBanner.
It can take up to 24 hours for the payment to go through and your account to be reactivated.
Try restarting your phone when you get a chance.

I paid the bill twice because its still not working paid it on Tuesday twice and noting
