Why did EE refuse my 30% off discount and opted to give me 18%, and the only explanation I was given is that they don’t know why it won’t work.  am I being mugged

Phone useage

I’ve been cut off my data and calls for no reason even though I’ve paid my monthly bill and have data.. so am unable to call EE annoyingly. Any ideas on how to get this sorted?
