Hi my direct debit was taken twice this month is this a mistake that happens often ?

@Shannon20011  No it’s never happened to me and I’ve been a customer since 2012.    You might want to call customer services about this. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
