I’ve just placed an order and paid 30 pound upfront and I haven’t received an email to see what’s actually happening if I’m getting it or not and I can’t phone due to my disability

I didn’t get approved for the contract so when will I get my 30 pound back as it’s still pending in my bank

I'm sorry to hear that, @Steven152. The payment will be cancelled and it will no longer be pending in your bank account within a few days.

I’ve been due 30 pound from yous since last Friday and it is still pending in my bank what is going on 

Hi @Steven152 

That means your bank has ring fenced those funds. They are normally released by your bank if not claimed by the retailer within a certain period. Contact your bank.

The payment would be pending with your bank if the order was not completed. Please get back in touch with your bank to get this looked into.
