Iv made a payment by mistake can I get refunded please?

If you've made an overpayment to your contract's a/c it will be held as credit against future bills. You could phone CS to request a refund to your normal means of payment.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
