Good morning, I’ve been trying to update payment details and pay for monthly billing for the last three days and it won’t go past the 2nd part of payment and no authorisation is sent to my bank as it has in the past. Any help greatly appreciated

You can change your bank details under Bills & Payments > Manage Direct Debit.
