Payment system won’t work

I can’t pay my bill, I have tried numerous times, spoke to various people on the phone but it keeps saying something went wrong, my bank informs me nothing is wrong with my card but EE says it isn’t a problem at their end, I can use my card anywhere else and even tried alternative cards but I still can’t pay my bill

I've just had 3 failures to accept payment too! I messaged after the first fail but no response. Customer service is poor in my experience.

Did you pay through the EE App or via the website? 

Have you tried the Fast Payment link ?

You can also pay via bank transfer using the details on our Ways To Pay | EE page.
