Payment system won’t work

I can’t pay my bill, I have tried numerous times, spoke to various people on the phone but it keeps saying something went wrong, my bank informs me nothing is wrong with my card but EE says it isn’t a problem at their end, I can use my card anywhere else and even tried alternative cards but I still can’t pay my bill

I am having the same issue, I’ve been trying for weeks, had numerous calls to EE and I still can’t pay my bill

Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

No I’ve tried several times and just tried the link again, I’ve also called EE several times and just keep going round in circles 

@Vfisher78 , when you tried calling customer service did you press 2 to get through to someone?

Are you using a UK bank card when paying with the link that @XRaySpeX  gave you, as that does work, or should normally?

Yes I have spoke to about 5 different people now I am using a uk bank and have also tried the link for faster payment

Yes tried my other card it obviously a fault EE side as I’ve already rang my bank to see if theirs a problem and they say their isn’t

Have you ever performed a chargeback on card for any EE bills? 
This is one of the actions that can cause all card payments to be rejected on your account after that. 

In the mean time, you can pay by bank transfer instead. You can find the details on how to do this on our Ways to Pay page.
