I can’t pay my bill, I have tried numerous times, spoke to various people on the phone but it keeps saying something went wrong, my bank informs me nothing is wrong with my card but EE says it isn’t a problem at their end, I can use my card anywhere else and even tried alternative cards but I still can’t pay my bill

I've just had 3 failures to accept payment too! I messaged after the first fail but no response. Customer service is poor in my experience.

Did you pay through the EE App or via the website?
Have you tried the Fast Payment link ?
You can also pay via bank transfer using the details on our Ways To Pay | EE page.

Thanks for the assist with the link for Faster Payments, though it is woefully inadequate on EE Mobile's part to have to perform this faff because their primary method is clearly having issues.
The icing on the cake is I paid EE Broadband immediately after EE Mobile said the payment was declined with no issues, and then used the faster payment method to pay EE Mobile with no issues.
Whatever the glitch EE has they REALLY need to remove the notification of the payment being declined, as my Bank has not declined anything - unless EE wants to try to assert that Nationwide is rejecting payments exclusively to EE Mobile. 🤣🙄
