I can’t pay my bill, I have tried numerous times, spoke to various people on the phone but it keeps saying something went wrong, my bank informs me nothing is wrong with my card but EE says it isn’t a problem at their end, I can use my card anywhere else and even tried alternative cards but I still can’t pay my bill

No I’ve not completed a charge back
I asked someone from EE who I spoke to in the phone if they had bank details so I could bank transfer and they said this wasn’t an option

Are you trying to pay a mobile bill or Broadband bill?
The bank details for bank transfer to pay your mobile bill is shown on the Ways to Pay | EE Link i posted above.
Just scroll down to "Pay by bank transfer"

it was my mobile phone bill, I paid it using the link last night thanks, when I put the bank details in my bank detected it was a T Mobile account I was paying I just hope it went to the correct place as I have had no confirmation and it isn’t showing it’s been paid on my EE account

Did you include your EE mobile bill account number in the reference field of the bank transfer?

Yes, I’ve contacted EE this morning and they are saying they have not received it

It can take 2-3 working days for BACS payments to come through and be allocated to your account. It's worth checking your online account again tomorrow.

I will check daily thanks, the person I’m talking to on the online chat is wanting to send me a link to make payment again, it’s already left my account

That's great. It's best to wait for the BACS payment to avoid making a duplicate payment.

This is the exact same problem I have. I’ve tried over ten times today to pay and I can’t set hold of a person to speak to.

I have managed to bank transfer using a link in this thread for ways to pay, they have now confirmed they have received payment but they were saying the other day it hadn’t been paid and was trying to get me to pay it again
