Been trying to payy bill online for about 6 days, system just says there is an error (before confirming card details).
Tried via 150, automated, similar error message.
Is there a known fault and timeline for resolution?
Tried paying via mobile, home pc, work computers. No joy.

Is it the Fast Payment service that you're trying to use? If not, could you give it a go please?
