Hi
My DD payment was reversed by my bank as money in was delayed.
I contacted EE through chat and the representative never understood the issue the payment showing as paid, had not been paid. Ive checked many times over the last 24hrs and the bill on EE is still showing as paid with nothing due this month.
How can I pay my bill?

Wait! Even if the DD fails the 1st time of asking it will be auto attempted again about 7 days later.

That's so wrong.
The DD won't be recognised after failing to go through. It will change to payment overdue.
I could've paid this on time, I just had to wait for EE to catch up.
Your advice was wrong.

Why's it wrong? If the DD fails the 1st time due to lack of funds but the funds are there in 7 days time then the DD will be successful next time it is attempted & everything is hunky-dory.
