Hi, I wasn’t able to pay my direct debit since a year because I wasn’t at England. Is there any way to clear my debts paying?? I need to close my account immediately.

If you haven't paid your bills for a year your a/c has been suspended, probably closed, & your debt sent to debt collectors.
