The ee. App is down and I can’t pay my bill
please advise when it will be working

Thanks for coming to the community.
You should be able to pay the bill in the EE app by going to the Bills & Payments section.
If you are having trouble with that, you can also use our fast payment link, which just needs you to enter your mobile number and the card details without needing to login.

Yep for some reason EE in all their wisdom have completely changed their app so I can't find where to pay my bill on it and ringing I was told there is a problem with the automated payment system. Why the f..k did they change a perfectly good app???
This new system and app is utter rubbish. I followed all the steps to "pay my bill" and was brought to a conversation thread not a payment system?
If EE add charges to my bill because of this I will be contacting legal advice, because they have moved the goalposts not the customers! I'm sure this could count as a change to contact which without your consent is illegal?
