Need to pay my bill it’s overdue the app isn’t working again get it sorted we it’s a **bleep** take now it’s been like this for ages

@Chaz83 : Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

@Chaz83  It’s EE accounts that have the maintenance done to them not the app the app is a gateway to access your account so when accounts are off line the app can not link to your account.  You wouldn’t be able to login online when accounts are having maintenance done to them. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
