Paid my phone bill but my phone is still suspended

I paid my phone bill earlier this morning at 7:20am and the lady on the other end of the phone said to wait 2 hours and my account should resume to normal and it hasn’t yet. I’m a student I need my phone to be able to get to uni and get back.

@Kelsey2601  It’ll take up to 24 hours before you’ll get a working signal again,   Not sure why you was told 2 hours. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
