I have paid my bill yesterday for my new contract which i changed. My EE account says I have 85.4Gb left, however my phone cannot access any data networks. I cant call, text, or access any data. I am unable to call EE in any capacity, i have even tried texting but the messages will not go through. Can someone give me some help?

Hello @Smillie01 ,
Welcome to the community,
Were you late with paying your bill? If that is the case, you will have to give it until tomorrow, and hopefully it will be back up and running.
If that is not the case, can you check here to see if there is a problem where you are, which you can register, report and receive updates.
Have you tried rebooting your device to see if that makes a difference?
If you look at my signature, if you have Skype, you can ring customer service for free.

Thanks bud. I called up the guys on Skype and after some troubleshooting, we've deduced that it was a broken SIM card and I'm off to get a replacement tomorrow. Cheers for the heads up!

Hey Ray, yes I am. I got in contact with someone and we troubleshooted it. Seems to be a broken/damaged SIM card so I just need a replacement

@Smillie01 Thank you for coming back here and letting us know, glad you got it sorted, or will have done once you get your new SIM card.
