it is regarding billing on the 19 ee tired taking bill on my account both device and line bill, unfortunately the payment did not go through. Second on the 20/06/24 I made both payments. After I have paid I got text messages saying EE will try again to take out the bill. I have called in and confirmed that I paid, unfortunately today as well they were trying to take only the phone bill went through £14.03. Could I get the refund please 14.03

@FaizaKullaten Once a DD has started you can not pay manually, your payment will be on your account and will be used for your next payment. If you want this returned you will have to call customer services. Refunds take between 7-10 days to be returned.
