@ewelinbach If you mean your contact then you need to call customer services to give 30 days notice. You’ll be required to pay off any remaining term and you’ll get a 20% discount on that remaining term.

What does remaining term mean? The current month or the contract?
Thanks

Hi @echc25
Are you looking at this in your My EE Account?
Remaining term usually means the remainder left on your contract.

I called last month to end my watch contract - the person said it was done but I haven't had any confirmation in writing which is very worrying. I can't see anywhere in my account that anything has been acknowledged - I would have thought confirmation in wiring would be standard to confirm?

Hi there @Squishylea
This would be noted on your account and not sent to you in writing.
Did you place the cancellation request more than 30 days ago?
Leanne.

Why wouldn't you confirm in writing - surely that's customer service 101? My request was on the 4th June, I managed to get it confirmed after hours of time wasted jumping through hoops.
I cannot wait for my phone contract to end too so I can leave completely. EE used to be great, now it shows they don't care about customers at all.
