Paid bill no confirmation no services

Just paid my bill recieved no confirmation like usual my services are cut online it says lines are open till 9pm when I ring it’s shut at 6 I have no access to making calls my son is in hospital  and I need to ring to make sure he’s ok!!!! I am absolutely disgusted the money has left my bank account now

It can take up to 48 hours to process and reactivate services. I suggest pay on time or speaking to EE CS if you cannot pay your bill.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
