I HAVE TOLD EE MY SITUATION. CANT PAY FULL BALANCE BUT EE FAIL TO RELPY ND NOW GOT STEP CHANGE ND CANT PAY DEVICE FULL BALANCE ONLY GET 76 END OF MTH CARERS ALLOWANCE ONLY ND ALL DAY EE RUDE

You need to discuss this with EE-CS on 150, they have access to your individual account which this public internet forum does not.

@Katiebarlex   Silly question but how has EE failed you when you agreed to the contract and you agreed to honour that contract each month.  

As for customer support being rude all day this is your opinion as I’m sure judging by how you’ve worded what you typed above I wouldn’t say you were on the best behaviour as well.
