Overpaid bill

I have overpaid my bill i tried to pay it on app and it said there was a problem so i paid on the automated line and when i checked my balance and i paid £69 to much pls look and credit my bank pls i really need the money it was part of a budget for house hold thank you kath

If you've overpaid your bill it will be held as credit on your a/c against future bills. If you want it back then you would need to call CS.
