I upgraded my phone a few months back and took out a BT deal at the same time, I realised my monthly cost was higher than agreed so I sat in the phone queue for a considerable amount of time only to be told “I’ve made a note and it should be ok next bill”
Two more bills have now gone out at the overcharged price! I don’t have time to sit in a phone queue for over an hour to get this resolved, there should be an option for live chat 💬

Welcome to the community,
Live chat is open to contract customers when someone is available and not answering phones, you will have to wait until the morning, as customer service is not available now.
You will either have to ring customer service or try live chat, as there is no access to accounts via the forum.

What BT deal? For BT Broadband? If so, you should get a 10% discount on 1 of your mobile contracts registered at the same addy.

@Lynzrah Are you taking in to account the annual price increase that happened at the end of April? It was a 9.3% increase.
