I am told that my bill is ready but whenever I go online and try and check it states that there is a problem and I cannot retrieve my bill. It is so frustrating especially when you just can't seem to find out what you are actually being charged. I have given up to be honest in my current frame of mind I just don't really care anyway. Just thought I'd rant into the ether within the EE void sphere.

At what point does it say there is a problem?
