Hi,
I have a phone which my son uses. It's been out of contract since December 2020 and we haven't got around to upgrading or cancelling.
He wants to move networks to one which he has discount on through his part time job.
I've looked on the site for info as to how he goes about leaving EE, keeping his number and phone, but can't find any info.
Advice?

@jeniB If his device is on your account you have to call customer services to request a PAC code, he then gives this code to the other network. If he has his own account then from his device he can text PAC to 65075 to get his pac code.
