I set up a new upgrade for my watch and phone and was told my bill would be £60 a month.

It came out and was £88!!! told the store assistant my max I could afford was £60

it says on the bill :

paired watch plan - £14.67

paired watch plan - £22

Esstentials plan £37 - £4.11

Essentials plan £37  - £37

its like they have charged me twice I also paid an amount upfront then after i had signed everything got told i got a free watch as gift so didnt even need the watch anyway! has anyone else had these issues and know how to solve them i can not afford £88

@Rachel2468  they’ve charged you for when you’ve got the products and for the month ahead as you pay pro rata not in arrears.
So the time before the bill was generated up to your billing date and then for the month ahead.

The watch was its own contract as it’s a cellular watch that has its own data allowance.   There was no upfront cost for the watch and that was the free part.

so your next monthly bill will be £22 for the watch and £37 for the phone.

Hello, can you please confirm what I need to do with my phone contact that ended September 2024 but still getting bills for exactly same amount.

@Idrishome : These mobile contracts don't just end, just the min. term expires. They are not fixed term contracts. After the min. term they just carry on at the same price on a rolling 30-days' notice basis until you explicitly cancel, upgrade or port your no. away.

@Idrishome   You upgrade this could be to a sim only contract or you give notice of termination and stop the contract completely or you change networks using a PAC to migrate your number to that other network so terminating the contract with EE.

Your contract had you of read it explains what happens at the minimum term.
