Tried to contact an EE Guide through their message system. Automated message said about 30 minute wait, 1 hour later I gave up.
Think I might stay with BT!!!

I did get through the following morning on the chat line.
However they have only 'promised' to look into my request on Monday when I change over after guide said they will (I copied the chat).
So we will see.
