Hi I’m struggling with an outstanding bill of over 200 pounds, could I get some time to pay this off without losing my access to my accessory from my phone?

Hi @Stevemax1978

As @XRaySpeX says contact EE CS asap. I would suggest getting a PAYG SIM and transfering important numbers over to that number in case your main number is disconnected or limited by EE.
