There are several ways to make a payment towards your bill, which you can find at How to pay my bill.
If you're in a rush or struggling to access your online account, you can make a payment on our Fast Payment page instead
Usually while in UK you can check the bill amount by texting BILL to 150. However as you're abroad and missed your DD, you can check your online banking app which will show how much the failed DD amount was for.
Just remember- when a DD payment doesn't go through we usually try again 7 days later, so it's best to avoid a manual payment during this time as it may become a duplicate payment.

If you have a DD in operation you shouldn't make a manual payment on or soon after your billing date. It is then too late to stop the DD being auto taken in full. Even if the DD fails the 1st time of asking it will be auto attempted again about 7 days later.
Did you use that SIM for calls & texts in the UK after it became contract?

I've just landed back in the UK after 3 weeks. I need to access my account so I can pay my bill for June.

Hi @omena2700
Best phoning EE on 150 or using another device to call. See here: https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee
Thanks
