Hi

i try to make a online phone contract but was declined but u take my upfront payment. Why you not return back the money after declining the contract and you keeping it for couple of days.

As your application wasn't successful, this payment won't be completed. Please contact your bank to find out how long it will take before they release the funds back into your account.

@Vladescuion  because that refund has to be processed.   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
