Opening a contract

Hi I am currently looking to open a contract for a gaming console how do I do this I’m not currently an ee customer

Which gaming console are you trying to purchase? Does the console have the option to buy now or with EE Finance?

It would be Nintendo switch 2 and it does give pay monthly option

It would be Nintendo switch 2 console and it shows to pay monthly but because I don’t have an open contract it’s not allowing me to create one with this console

Hi @Cookc010 

You would need to be an existing pay monthly customer to add this to your monthly bill. 

Our Nintendo Games Consoles page has options for non EE customers and you can filter the page to turn off 'Existing EE Mobile customer offers'.

The page I linked above will give options to see if there is a finance option for paying monthly and will show how many months this can be paid over.
