I am with ee from t-mobiles times... almost 16 years with ee... now i can see how bad choice it is... my contact finish ages ago didn't want to get new phone and make sim deal... when i upgraded they charge £62.08 changing your service... thats ridiculous... when i do contract its never mentioned on that... when i call they say everything correct... thats the new style robbing people... i will leave ee asap...

What exactly was that additional charge for?

If you are outside your minimum-term, you can change to SIM-only without additional cost.
