I spoke to someone yesterday about payment plan set up I haven’t received email about it either and I received text on my partners number saying pay bill your services will be blocked I paid £100 of the bill can someone email about this as I am at work

I'm sure if a payment plan was set up then our team will have put that in place but I understand why this text would have caused you concern. Our team are not available by email, but if you give them a call on 150, they can check this for you.
