One off charge

Hi can I get help ?

Apple Watch Ultra sent back within the 14 day cooling off period. Text today confirmed line closed.

I have now seen my future bill has a one off charge of nearly £1000 which I assume is for the watch.

This is obviously an error as I followed the correct steps for the return

Thanks

@AaronJay1  The 14 days is from when you receive it not when it’s ordered.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@AaronJay1  is that an estimate for your next bill or is that actually your next bill ?   if it’s the estimate, don’t worry about it as it is exactly just that.

Its an estimate.

Hopefully you are right but I'm concerned that as the watch didn't turn up until a month after I actually ordered that they already counted the 14 days during that period and not the time after delivery.

Watched received 7th. Confirmation line closed 18th
