Hi I have just upgraded phone and contract, and have this showing, would anyone be able to help, wil this be coming out my account as a lump sum? Any help Greatly appreciated

Until that amount appears on an actual issued bill, no money's going anywhere. It's a credit to your account, but I suspect a phantom one.

Check your next bill carefully, I wouldn't be at all surprised if that entry disappears.
