hey ! Same here one of the managers of the complaints told me I can talk till the cows come home that nothing will change in their decision not to take responsibility to fix my phone even though my phone camera has malfunctioned also recently they lost a signal post near where I live so my network has been non existent.
EE only care about customers who keep renewing their contracts with mobile phones! One you go to sim only I notice the way I’m spoken to your off no value to them any more!!
I will be going to offcom and financial ombudsman.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

@Claudiadimes , if your phone was not from EE and you bought it elsewhere, or has run out of warranty, then there are other ways to get the camera repaired if it malfunctions. As for signal problem, you can check here, register, report and receive updates, but fixes are not always quick and that is why phones now have wifi calling which works the same as if using cellular but over the internet:
https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker
This will depend on the problem as to how quickly then can fix it, and if they have had to remove a mast, then finding a new place to put one can take time. It does not matter whether you are a sim only or have a phone contract or pay as you go, they care about all customers.

You only need to create one new post for a particular problem, not add to multiple others.
Neither Ofcom nor the Ombudsman accept individual customer complaints, the Ombudsman only accepts referrals from those who have exhausted EE's formal complaints process first.
I've got multiple SIM-only plans and have never had any issues with CS on those, compared with phone-plans I hold. Although if you do have SIM-only, then your device is of no concern to EE as they've not supplied it - so I'm unsure what relevance a fault with the camera has.
