Been trying to contact an ee guide several times today via the online chat option since the early hours of this morning with no response just those automated messages that pop up. I’ve had £770 added on my phone bill for no fault of my own and seem to be avoiding my query with them. Ide like some help or at least an answer to my question. I did a trade in that required me to post my phone which I did with the parcel and label that was sent to me, I’ve contacted likewize with an imei number for the phone that I’m being charged for. They’ve told me to wait to see in a few days if it has been inspected, if I end up having to pay for the device I no longer have and should be with the trade in company by now,I won’t be renewing my contracts again in future and ile definitely start looking somewhere elsewhere.

@Superman1988 Do you have any proof of postage ? did you pay extra for tracking at the post office?
