No frills plan what is included calls texts etc

Hi I am due an upgrade and I am looking to see what is actually included in the no-frills plan, all I can find is that you can't gift data, and no actual info as to what you actually get, like unlimited calls, texts, etc.

@Malkinphil  They are unlimited call/text and what ever data allowance you choose but that data speed is 10Mbps .
