Hi, I am trying to complete my early upgrade which I am eligible for. I am happy to pay the fee however when I click any phone it says no plans available. If I log out the plan I want is there and phone, it was available a few days prior. It seems a lot of people are having the same issue with the app and website. I have tried calling and end up on hold for over an hour. Please does anyone know how I can resolve this? Thanks

This is something that you would need to speak to our Mobile Care team about. They will be able to check your account to find out why this is and help you upgrade.
