When I login to my account via webpage I see this:
when I click on see charges , I see this:
and when I login via app on my phone I see this:
first, I don't know what this charge is.. I did have a roam further pass last month but I already paid for it and it's already been canceled.
I also also had airtime voucher £10 but it was also used last month so I don't think is that , not when it says £11.42 on the app
and why a different amount on app and web page? and then leads to zero ?
this is all too confusing

@bordeline , If you are concerned in any way, I would suggest ringing customer service and speak to them, as they can see what is going on with your account, otherwise wait until your next bill is produced and you can then dispute any discrepancies, as these may be sorted out by then.

How did you cancel the Roaming Pass? By coincidence it costs £11.40 pm.

@XRaySpeX I removed it from my account about 3 weeks ago, it doesn't show on my account anymore and also received a text message yesterday saying the roam further pass will no longer appear on my bill

via web chat they told me there are no additional charges to my account , that amount will disappear when the next bill is generated. Fair enough but it shouldn't be there in the first place, it's just confusing and it makes no sense
