New phone

I have just received a bill, but I sent the phone back to you as I couldn’t manage it with my arthritis, I am waiting for confirmation so that I can get another phone  ?

@Sally106  Did you arrange to have a phone returned?  Or did you just send it back ? 

Couldn’t get through on the phone number provided, so posted it back, I am still waiting for confirmation that it arrived although I have been told it did arrive safely I can’t get my new phone until I get it confirmed .
