So I have just upgraded from the IPhone 11 to the IPhone 14 as was due an upgrade and this one was the same price I was paying so went with it. I received it yesterday in the post. I have only took it out the box, but I really don’t like holding it… twice I have now went to switch over to my new phone and the more I look at them I prefer the one I have. I upgrade my phone every 2 years have done since the dawn of time, but this feels different I can’t explain it I just really don’t like the phone at all :(… I was going to wait till a new phone case arrived to see if that helped, but I really have no notion to transfer to this phone. I do not know if there is a way I can cancel this contract now and maybe go into a shop to better see what phone I want to upgrade to?! Can I do that? Or is it too late now, do I just have to deal with it? I even think maybe the plus would of been better as it’s slightly bigger? I have done as much as switch the phone on n I then put it back in the box about 5 times 😞 x

If you ordered by phone or online you always have a statutory cooling-off period up to 14 days after delivery to cancel your order FoC. If you ordered in-store you have no such "change-of-mind" right of return.
