New mobile price showing on account different

Recently upgraded mobile from BT, was given price of £53.10 a month but now added on account as £59, really fed up as I have spent the last 3 days on the phone trying to sort out the transfer

Are there any extra charges showing on your bill, or, do you have an extra plan charge for the first bill?

Hi thanks for the reply.  I have no extra charges and as far as I know no extra plan charge for first bill.  It is showing as £59 monthly.
